Three-Piece Sectional Sofa Navy

The Modway Saybrook collection is a new outdoor patio set that includes two corner chairs and one armless chair. Water and UV-resistant upholstery covers dense foam cushions on an aluminium frame with non-marking foot caps. The set is rated for a combined weight capacity of 900 lbs.

Buyers furnishing a porch, deck or poolside area

This sectional suits households that want a modular, all-weather seating group for three people. It is not intended for buyers who need a larger configuration, a reclining mechanism, integrated storage or a fire-pit table.

Seating capacity and frame limits

Each piece supports up to 300 lbs, giving the full set a 900 lb total capacity. The aluminium frame and foam cushions handle daily outdoor use, but the fixed dimensions and non-expandable design mean the layout cannot grow beyond the three included modules.

Questions about this item

What surface or base do I need so the aluminum frame and non-marking foot caps stay level on my patio?

Place each piece on a flat, solid deck, concrete slab or paver area; the non-marking foot caps protect the surface and keep the 94 lb sectional stable.

Can I keep my existing outdoor coffee table at 15.5 in seat height alongside the Saybrook corner chairs?

Yes — the corner chair seats sit at 15.5 in high, so a standard low coffee table will align comfortably with the 28.5 in deep seat cushions.

How do I confirm the water and UV-resistant upholstery is performing after the first rain?

Check that water beads on the fabric and the dense foam cushions feel dry underneath; the aluminum frame should show no corrosion at the 8 in armrest joints.
