Modway Furniture Upland 3 Piece Teak Set Natural White

Three-piece teak patio set

The Upland collection delivers a three-piece outdoor group built from solid teak wood with a natural white finish. Two armchairs and a coffee table form a compact seating area for balconies, backyards, patios or poolside spaces. Each armchair measures 34.5"L x 33.5"W x 25-29.5"H with a 16"H seat height. Cushions use water- and UV-resistant fabric with machine-washable covers. Assembly is required.

Teak durability under constant exposure

Solid teak is chosen for its natural oils that resist rot, insects and warping through repeated rain, sun and temperature swings. The dense grain resists surface checking better than softer woods left outdoors year-round. Cushion fabrics are rated for water and UV resistance, so colour fade and mildew growth stay minimal across seasons. Covers remove for machine washing when pollen or dirt build up.

Assembly steps and common issues

The set ships flat-packed and requires home assembly using the included hardware. Pre-drilled holes in the teak frames align with bolts for the armchair backs, seats and table top. Builders should tighten fasteners gradually to keep frames square before final torque. Overtightening can strip the wood threads; a hand tool is safer than an impact driver. Cushion ties attach to frame loops after the frames are fully assembled.
