Mogami Gold 8-Channel DB25 to XLR Interface Cable

This Mogami Gold cable connects professional audio equipment using an 8-channel DB25 connector on one end and XLR male plugs on the other. It serves studio engineers and installers who need a single loom for balanced analogue signals between a recorder interface and a mixing console or patch bay.

75 ft length suits fixed rack installations

The 75 ft run is intended for permanent studio wiring where the interface and console sit at a distance. Because the loom is built as a special-order item, it cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered, so buyers must verify channel count and connector gender before committing.

Questions about this item

Does the DB25 connector follow the Tascam pinout standard for 8-channel analog?

The cable uses a DB25 to XLR male layout wired for eight balanced analog channels, matching the common Tascam pinout used on professional recorder interfaces.

What clearance is needed behind the rack for the 75 ft cable bend radius?

At 75 ft the cable is heavy; allow a generous loop behind the rack so the DB25 hood and XLR shells sit without strain on the connectors.
