Pixel 3 XL camera case

The Moment Pixel 3 XL Photo Case in Terracotta is built for photographers who want their phone ready for M-series lenses without carrying a separate rig. It wraps the device in a durable TPU body with a charcoal microsuede lining that cushions the glass back and feels secure in hand.

Thermals noise and power

A passive phone case has no fans, no power draw and makes no noise, so it adds nothing to the thermal load of the Pixel 3 XL during shooting or charging. The slim 0.10" profile keeps the original heat dissipation paths open.

Build fit and freedom

The integrated Moment Lens interface lets you twist on compatible M-series optics instantly, while the strap attachment point accepts a wrist or neck lanyard for hands-free carry. Precise cut-outs preserve access to every button and port, and the fully enclosed bottom edge shields the USB-C opening without blocking it.

Questions about this item

How do I attach a Moment M-series lens to the Pixel 3 XL Photo Case, and what alignment step is easy to miss?

Align the lens mount's bayonet tabs with the case's threaded interface, then twist clockwise until it locks with a click; the notch must sit flush or the lens will vignette.

Which part of the Terracotta case is most likely to need replacement after extended daily use?

The TPU body's corner air pockets absorb repeated drops and can lose rebound over time, while the charcoal microsuede liner may mat down where fingers grip.

What is the first limitation you hit when shooting continuously with an M-series lens mounted on this case?

The 0.10" slim profile leaves minimal thermal mass, so the Pixel 3 XL's sensor and processor throttle sooner during long video or burst sessions.
