Purpose-built desktop surface

This 60-inch black desktop is custom-sized for Monoprice sit-stand frames including models 115722, 121590, 121591 and 115721. It provides a complete work surface that moves with the frame through its full height range. The rectangular top measures 47.2 by 29.5 inches with a one-inch thickness. Pre-drilled holes align with the frame mounting points for straightforward installation.

Daily workload stability

The solid construction supports a typical workstation load of monitors, a PC or laptop, keyboard, mouse and accessories without flex. Weight is distributed evenly across the frame cross-members during height changes. The desktop ships in a single package weighing 57.00 pounds, protecting the surface from transit damage. No assembly of the top itself is required beyond bolting it to the frame.

Thermal noise and power profile

As a passive wood composite panel, the desktop adds no fan noise, coil whine or electrical draw to the system. Its surface temperature remains neutral under normal indoor conditions and does not affect component thermals. The one-inch thickness provides a rigid platform that does not transmit vibration from keystrokes or mouse movement. Available in 48, 60 and 70-inch widths and in black or white to suit the space.

Questions about this item

Does the 1 inch thick desktop add noticeable heat or power draw to my sit-stand setup?

The desktop itself has no electrical components so it generates no heat and draws no power; only the frame and devices you place on it affect those figures.

Which Monoprice frame model numbers must I already own for this 121605 top to bolt on?

It is pre-drilled for the electric frames 115722, 121590, 121591 and the manual frame 115721.

Will my existing 48 or 70 size Monoprice frame accept this 60 inch desktop without new holes?

No, each size has its own hole pattern so a 60 inch top only fits the matching 60 inch frame.
