The Monoprice 43243 Bluetooth 5 Transmitter Receiver 32ft 25hrs 50W operates as either a transmitter or a receiver to add wireless audio to any system. In transmitter mode it streams sound from a wired source to Bluetooth headphones or speakers. In receiver mode it accepts audio from a phone or tablet and sends it to a traditional amplifier. Multipoint support lets two playback devices or two source devices stay connected simultaneously.
Sustained Wireless Operation
The internal rechargeable battery provides up to 25 hours of continuous audio playback before requiring a recharge. Bluetooth 5 maintains a stable link at distances up to 32 feet (10 meters) during extended listening sessions. Supported codecs include SBC, AAC, Qualcomm aptX, aptX HD and aptX Low Latency, preserving detail and keeping audio synchronised with video over long periods.
Connection Interface Limits
Wired connectivity relies on a 3.5 mm analog jack and an optical S/PDIF port for digital signals. The optical connection enables higher-quality transmission but is restricted to stereo PCM streams.
