Monoprice RJ45 Modular Plugs 100-Pack

Monoprice 8P8C RJ45 modular plugs come in an OEM pack of 100 connectors for solid Cat5 and Cat5e UTP Ethernet cable. They are intended for installers and DIY enthusiasts who terminate their own network cables. Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and resist corrosion for durable connections.

Suited for solid-core cable only

These plugs are designed for solid conductor Cat5 or Cat5e cable and will not work reliably with stranded wire. Buyers who need connectors for patch cables or stranded cable should look at something else. The clear housing allows visual verification of wire order before crimping.

Verify cable type and crimp tool

Confirm that your existing cable is solid-core Cat5 or Cat5e UTP before ordering. You will also need an 8P8C RJ45 crimp tool compatible with these plugs to complete the terminations. No other specialised equipment is required.
