RJ45 Connectors for Cat6 Solid Cable

These RJ45 connectors are designed for terminating Cat6 solid-conductor cables. Each connector includes an internal insert that aligns the eight wires before crimping. Gold-plated contacts and a clear plastic housing are intended to reduce crosstalk and system noise. The pack contains one hundred pieces for multiple installations.

Suited for installers terminating solid-core runs

These plugs suit network installers and technicians who are building or repairing solid-conductor Cat6 patch cables or in-wall runs. They are not intended for stranded patch-cable wire, which requires a different contact geometry. Buyers who need shielded connectors or tool-less termination should look elsewhere.

Verify cable type and crimp tool before ordering

Confirm that the cable you plan to terminate uses solid conductors and matches standard Cat6 dimensions. A compatible RJ45 crimp tool is required to seat the contacts and the insert correctly. The clear housing allows visual confirmation of wire order prior to crimping.

Questions about this item

Do these plugs accept solid Cat6 conductors without a separate wire guide?

Each plug includes an insert that holds the eight solid conductors in the correct order before crimping.

Will the 50 µin gold contacts mate reliably with older Cat5e patch panels?

The 50 µin gold plating meets the same contact specification used on Cat5e hardware, so mating is reliable.

How can I confirm every crimp is gas-tight after using the inserts?

Inspect the clear housing — all eight wires should be visible to the front of the contact and the insert should sit flush with the plug body.
