Monoprice Inc. 144324 Cat Window Hammock Grey 35 lb 360°

Space-Saving Cat Window Hammock

The Monoprice 144324 cat window hammock creates an elevated resting spot that attaches directly to smooth glass using four industrial-strength suction cups. It supports cats weighing up to 35 pounds and provides a 360° view for sunbathing or observing the outdoors. The unit includes a machine-washable padded bed with a ventilated mesh bottom for airflow. Assembly requires no tools and completes in seconds on a clean window surface.

Suction-Cup Mounting Limits

The hammock relies entirely on four suction cups adhering to a smooth, clean window pane; any texture, frosting, dirt or moisture will prevent a secure seal. The hold is rated for a maximum of 35 pounds, so heavier cats or multiple animals jumping simultaneously could exceed the rated capacity. Because the mount is temporary by design, periodic re-attachment checks are necessary to ensure the cups have not lost vacuum over time.

35-Pound Weight Capacity

The single specification that determines suitability is the 35-pound maximum load the four suction cups are rated to hold. If the intended cat or cats exceed this weight, the mount may fail and the product will not be safe to use. Buyers with heavier breeds or multiple cats sharing the perch should look for a differently rated mounting system.
