Mobile power capacity

The Mophie Powerstation Pro 20,000mAh Power Bank (Gen 3) supplies portable energy for smartphones, tablets and headphones. Its 20000mAh internal battery can charge a phone up to 4 times, keeping you connected through long days away from a wall outlet.

Upgrade from smaller banks

Users moving up from lower-capacity packs gain enough reserve for multiple full device cycles instead of a single top-up. The jump is worth it when daily carry includes several gadgets that all need recharging before you return home.

Sustained output behaviour

Three USB-C PD ports share a 45W total output, so simultaneous charging splits the available power across devices. The 50 percent in 30 minutes figure applies to a single compatible device; under multi-device load each port delivers a reduced rate while the aluminum body dissipates heat steadily.

Questions about this item

What devices can I charge simultaneously with the three USB-C PD ports?

You can charge a smartphone, tablet, and headphones at the same time using the three USB-C PD ports for multi-device convenience.

How do I recharge the power bank itself, and what is the common mistake?

Recharge it through the versatile USB-C port; the step people miss is using a charger that supports USB-C PD to restore the 20,000mAh capacity efficiently.

When will the 20,000mAh internal battery need replacement?

The internal battery is not user-replaceable; after hundreds of charge cycles the capacity will gradually diminish, requiring a new power bank.
