Cuts precise 25 mm holes in thick sheet metal with carbide teeth, a step pilot drill, chip-clearing gullets and an ejector spring
This Morse CTD155 carbide-tipped hole cutter is built for tradespeople cutting precision holes in thicker sheet metal and plate. The 25 mm diameter cutter uses a ground tooth profile for clean, fast cuts and a step center pilot drill to reduce breakthrough impact.
A shouldered cutter body prevents pass-through during deep cuts. The grooved gullet directs chips away from the cutting zone while an ejector spring assists with slug removal. One cutter is supplied per box for individual replacement needs.
The cutter accepts a CTDP 16700 pilot drill and a CTDS 167017 ejector spring as replacement parts. Buyers needing a different cutting diameter or a complete kit with multiple sizes should look elsewhere.
