1.25" bi-metal hole saw cuts stainless steel, wood and plastic with an aggressive positive-rake tooth profile and side slot for easy slug removal
The Morse MHS20 is a 1.25 inch (32 mm) diameter bi-metal hole saw built for general-purpose work. It cuts stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic. The aggressive positive-rake tooth profile helps the saw penetrate material quickly. One saw is supplied per box.
The hole saw does not come with an arbor; a compatible Morse arbor must be bought separately. Approved arbors are the M35 (139045), MA35PSN (139052) or MA45PSN (139069). A unique side slot on the saw body improves leverage for slug removal across various material thicknesses.
The single specification that determines suitability is the 1.25 inch (32 mm) cutting diameter. If the hole you need is larger or smaller, this saw will not work. For best performance Morse recommends using their CUTLUBE (121408) during cutting.
