Cuts stainless steel, metal, wood and plastic with a 40 mm bi-metal blade that ejects slugs through a side slot
The Morse MHS25 is a 1-9/16 inch bi-metal hole saw built for general-purpose cutting. It handles stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic. An aggressive positive-rake tooth profile helps the tool penetrate material faster. A separate arbor such as the M35, MA35PSN or MA45PSN is required for operation. Morse CUTLUBE can be used to optimise performance.
Suits tradespeople and DIY users who need a single 40 mm hole saw for mixed materials and already own a compatible Morse arbor. Not for buyers who need an arbor included in the box, who require a different diameter or who want a hole saw optimised solely for one material type.
The critical specification is the 1-9/16 inch (40 mm) cutting diameter; the hole saw will only produce a hole of that exact size. Verify the required hole diameter and arbor compatibility before purchase.
Measured against everything we stock in Bits, Hole Saws & Accessory Kits, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

It produces a 40 mm round hole in stainless steel, machinable metals, wood or plastic, matching the listed cutting diameter exactly.
The saw requires a separate Morse M35, MA35PSN or MA45PSN arbor; without one of those it cannot mount to any drill.
A unique side slot gives extra leverage so the plug can be pried out more easily from various material thicknesses.
