5.75" bi-metal hole saw cuts stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic with an aggressive positive rake tooth profile and side slot for easier slug removal, requiring a separate arbor
The Morse MHS92 is a 5.75-inch bi-metal hole saw built for general-purpose cutting across stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic. Its aggressive positive-rake tooth profile is engineered to penetrate material easier and faster. A unique side slot provides increased leverage access for various material thicknesses and simplifies slug removal. The saw is sold individually and requires a separate arbor for operation.
Upgrading to the MHS92 is worthwhile when an existing saw dulls, lacks the diameter needed for 5.75-inch holes or struggles with mixed-material jobs. The bi-metal construction and positive-rake teeth extend cutting life and speed compared to standard high-speed steel saws. Compatible arbors include the MA35PSN (139052) or MA45PSN (139069), and performance can be optimised with Morse CUTLUBE (121408).
This saw suits users who need a single 5.75-inch bi-metal cutter for stainless, metal, wood and plastic and who already own or can source a compatible arbor. It is not for buyers who need an arbor included in the box, who require a different cutting diameter, or who want a complete kit with multiple saw sizes and a pilot drill.

The MHS92 needs a separate arbor; use Morse MA35PSN (139052) or MA45PSN (139069) depending on your chuck size.
Thread the hole saw onto the arbor until the drive pins engage the side slots, then tighten the locking collar — forgetting the collar lets the saw spin loose under load.
Replace the saw when the bi-metal teeth dull or chip; keep Morse CUTLUBE (121408) on hand for lubrication during cutting to extend tooth life.
