Morse MHSA10C is a 5/8 inch (16mm) diameter arbored bi-metal hole saw built for general-purpose cutting. It handles stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic in a single tool. The aggressive positive-rake tooth profile penetrates material faster with less effort.

Capacity and slug removal

One saw per card covers common pipe and conduit sizes up to its 5/8 inch limit. The unique side slot gives extra leverage for slug ejection across various material thicknesses. Thicker or harder stock beyond the saw's depth will require a different tool.

Bi-metal cutting limits

Bi-metal construction resists heat and wear during normal drilling but is not rated for continuous high-speed production runs. Cutting fluid such as Morse CUTLUBE (121408) extends life in tough alloys. The saw fits standard arbors; no specialised drive system is needed.
