A 4-inch bi-metal hole saw cuts stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic with an aggressive positive-rake tooth profile and side slot for easier slug removal
The Morse MHSA64C is a 4 inch (102 mm) diameter bi-metal hole saw built for general purpose cutting. It handles stainless steel, machinable metals, wood and plastic in a single tool. The arbored design means the pilot drill is integrated for immediate use. One saw is supplied per card.
An aggressive positive rake tooth profile penetrates material easier and faster for smoother cuts. A unique side slot improves leverage access across various material thicknesses and eases slug removal after the cut. For optimal performance and longer life, the manufacturer suggests using Morse CUTLUBE (121408) during operation.
This bi-metal construction replaces basic carbon steel hole saws that dull quickly in metal or stainless steel. The jump is worth it when you regularly cut mixed materials and need teeth that stay sharp longer. It is not suited for buyers who need carbide grit for tile, glass or abrasive composites.

The MHSA64C is an arbored model with a built-in shank that fits directly into standard drill chucks, so no separate arbor purchase is needed.
The unique side slot provides leverage access for various material thicknesses, making slug removal easier on both thin and thick workpieces.
Insert the integrated shank fully into the drill chuck and tighten all three jaws evenly; the common error is tightening on only two jaws, which causes wobble.
