A 105 mm carbide-grit hole saw for hard or abrasive materials such as cinder block, cast iron, ceramics, fiberglass and composites.
This 4-1/8 inch Morse MHSG66 hole saw features a carbide grit edge built for hard or abrasive materials. It cuts cinder block, cast iron, unglazed ceramics, fiberglass and composites. A gulleted cutting edge clears chips while cutting. A separate arbor must be purchased.
The single specification that decides fit is the 105 millimetre (4-1/8 inch) diameter. The saw requires a Morse MA35PSNCT (139830) or MA45PSNCT (139847) arbor, sold separately. Without the correct arbor the saw cannot be mounted on a drill.
Carbide grit resists wear when cutting abrasive composites and masonry over long periods. The gulleted edge continuously ejects debris to reduce binding and heat build-up. The side slot provides leverage for slug removal through various material thicknesses. One saw per box.

The saw cuts through the full material thickness in one pass; its gulleted edge clears chips continuously so the depth is limited only by the workpiece, not the tool.
Use Morse arbor 139830 for a 35 mm shank or 139847 for a 45 mm shank; both lock the 105 mm saw securely for handheld or press drilling.
The saw itself has no shank; you must mount it on either the 139830 or 139847 arbor, which then fits standard drill-press chucks.
