Questions about this item

Will a 13.6 inch MacBook Air fit inside the 13.98 x 9.45 inch internal space?

Yes, the internal dimensions of 13.98 x 9.45 x 0.79 inches accommodate 13.6 inch MacBook Air models listed such as A3449 and A3240.

How do I load the laptop through the top zipper without catching the fleece lining?

Open the top zipper fully, hold the sleeve flat, and slide the laptop in straight so the quilted polyester padding clears the fluffy fleece fabric lining.

When should I replace the sleeve if the quilted polyester padding compresses over time?

Replace it once the six rectangle quilted puffy polyester material no longer springs back, reducing bump and shock protection for your device.
