Camera Backpack for DSLR and Mirrorless Gear

This 30-inch backpack is designed for photographers who carry a DSLR, SLR or mirrorless system along with a laptop up to 15.6 inches. The upper compartment measures 16.54 x 11.42 x 5.5 inches and includes padded removable modular inserts that can be rearranged for cameras, flashes, lenses or drones. A separate laptop sleeve sized 16.93 x 10.63 x 1.58 inches holds devices up to 16 inches.

Waterproof Hard Shell and Comfort Features

A waterproof PU leather hard shell on the front face adds a foam-padded buffer against shock and drops. High-elastic back cushioning reduces strain during extended wear. Padded shoulder straps adjust from 17.72 to 39.4 inches and include a clip strap for hanging sunglasses or towels. A top handle and a back trolley belt provide additional carrying options for travel.

Organised Storage and Secure Access

The full-open design gives immediate access to both main compartments. Two accessory pockets on the rear panel hold cables, SD cards and a power bank. A side tripod or monopod holder uses a secure strap while the opposite side pocket fits an umbrella or water bottle up to 2.5 inches in diameter. An anti-theft pocket on the back panel keeps a wallet, phone and valuables concealed and close to the body.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the padded dividers in the upper compartment for my camera gear?

The upper compartment measures 16.54 x 11.42 x 5.5 inch and includes modular inserts with Velcro-backed dividers. The step people miss is arranging the dividers before loading gear so each item sits snug without shifting.

Which parts of this backpack will wear out first and need replacement?

The adjustable shoulder straps extend from 17.72 to 39.4 inch and use plastic buckles and stitching that fatigue with daily heavy loads; the zippers on the main and laptop compartments also see the most cycles.

At what point does the bag become uncomfortable during a long carry?

The pack weighs 3.2 pounds empty and the back cushion is high-elastic foam; once loaded near the 30 inch volume limit the weight transfers to the shoulders and the cushion compresses, causing pressure after extended wear.
