This bundle supplies two Motorola RMM2050 radios plus two HKLN4604 swivel earpieces with in-line microphones and push-to-talk buttons. Each radio operates on five MURS FCC license-free frequencies and offers 219 PL/DPL codes including six customisable codes. A 1500 mW speaker provides clear audio in noisy environments. The radios are built to meet military specifications for dust and water sealing.

Security and construction teams

The package suits security, maintenance, distribution and construction crews who need hands-free communication across a worksite. Customised channel announcements keep hands free while operating. Buyers who require licensed frequencies, trunking capability or a larger channel count should consider other platforms.

Sustained operation with included charging

Each unit ships with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a drop-in tray charger for convenient shift-long power. A holster and power supply are also included per radio. Coverage reaches up to 13 floors or 220,000 sq ft in typical on-site conditions. The rugged sealing maintains performance during extended exposure to dust and moisture.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box so the radios can be used right away?

Each radio includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, a drop-in tray charger, a power supply and a holster, plus the bundle adds two HKLN4604 swivel earpieces with in-line microphones and push-to-talk buttons.

Will these radios talk to older MURS handsets we already own?

Yes — they operate on the same five MURS FCC license-free frequencies and support 219 PL/DPL codes, so they can interoperate with any MURS radio set to matching channels and codes.

How can I confirm the speaker is loud enough for our noisy site after setup?

The built-in 1500 mW speaker is rated for clear audio in noisy conditions; test by transmitting at normal volume in the work area and verify the receiving radio’s audio cuts through background noise without distortion.
