Six-pack for team communication

This set contains six Motorola RMU2080D two-way radios built for heavy-duty use in warehouses, schools and retail environments. Each unit provides eight channels so groups can separate their conversations without interference. The radios ship ready to operate with a single-unit charger, a 15 hour lithium ion battery and a swivel belt holster included for every device.

IP54 rugged design for indoor coverage

The housing carries an IP54 rating that resists dust ingress and water splashes during daily shifts. Voice-activated VOX allows hands-free operation while staff move stock or assist customers. Coverage reaches up to 250000 sq ft or 20 floors so teams stay connected across large buildings without relying on external infrastructure.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the six RMU2080D radios and their single-unit chargers for the first time?

Insert each 15-hour lithium-ion battery pack into a radio, place every radio into its own single-unit charger, and verify the charge indicator lights before assigning the 8 channels to your teams.

Which parts of the RMU2080D will need replacement after heavy daily use in a warehouse?

The 15-hour lithium-ion battery packs will degrade first; the swivel belt holsters can crack from repeated clipping, and the IP54 seals should be inspected if the radios are regularly exposed to dust or water spray.
