Compact Windporting Microphone

This remote speaker microphone connects to CP Series radios and uses Windporting technology to reduce wind and background noise during transmission. It is water-resistant and carries an Intrinsically Safe (FM) rating for use in hazardous environments. A 6-foot coiled cord, swivel clip, and quick-disconnect fitting complete the package.

Professional Marine And Hazardous-Area Users

The microphone suits crews who need clear voice pickup on open decks or in noisy industrial settings where intrinsic safety certification is required. It is not intended for users who require a different radio connector, a longer cable reach, or a headset-only form factor without a built-in speaker.

3.5 Mm Audio Jack Expands Options

The integrated 3.5 mm jack allows an optional earpiece for private listening while the speaker microphone handles transmit duties. Without the jack the unit would be limited to its own speaker and microphone, reducing flexibility in loud surroundings.
