Universal projector ceiling mount

The Mount-It MI-606L attaches a projector to a ceiling using a V-shaped base that fits VESA 75x75 and 100x100 hole patterns. It supports units up to 30 lbs and screens up to 30 inches. The steel construction holds the device securely without drilling, clamps or grommet holes. Installers can adjust the drop from 21 to 34.5 inches in 13.4 inches of travel.

Build integration and clearance

The column compresses to 21 inches for low ceilings and extends to 34.5 inches for higher mounting points, freeing floor space and keeping the projector out of the audience sight-line. Cable management channels route power and video leads along the pole for a tidy appearance. The V-shaped base adds stability for compatible projectors and monitors while the 360-degree rotation lets you aim the image without moving the mount.

Thermals noise and power

Passive steel construction adds no fan noise or electrical draw to the installation. The open frame allows unrestricted airflow around the projector’s own cooling system. Tilt adjustment of 15 degrees helps align the lens without forcing the projector into an orientation that blocks its vents. No drilling or permanent fixtures means the mount can be relocated if thermal conditions change.
