The Movo LV2 supplies two omnidirectional electret condenser microphones that connect through a single 3.5 mm combo TRS/TRRS jack. It is aimed at videographers, podcasters and journalists who need to capture two voices simultaneously on cameras, smartphones or audio recorders.

3.5 mm Combo Jack Limits Device Support

The connector combines TRS and TRRS wiring, so it fits most cameras, camcorders, recorders and modern smartphones, but it will not work with devices that require a dedicated TRS or TRRS port without the combo arrangement. The microphone draws 1 to 10 V DC from the host, meaning recorders that cannot supply plug-in power cannot operate the mics.
