SKU CH-YC3H-JKKH8

  • Product typeAccessory
  • Turns standard lenses into macro tools
  • 25 mm tube shortens minimum focus distance
  • No glass inside preserves original optical quality
  • Auto-focus works at f/5.6 or brighter
  • Fits Sony Alpha A-mount DSLR bodies

What it is

The Movo Photo AF 25mm Macro Extension Tube fits Sony Alpha A-mount DSLR bodies and moves a standard lens closer to the sensor for higher magnification. It contains no glass, so optical quality stays unchanged while auto-focus remains active at f/5.6 or brighter apertures.

Who it suits

Photographers who own Sony Alpha A-mount DSLR cameras and want to shoot extreme close-ups of insects, flowers or textures without buying a dedicated macro lens. Buyers needing electronic aperture control or full-frame mirrorless E-mount compatibility should look at a different accessory.

Deciding specification

The tube length is 25mm and the mount is metal, giving a fixed increase in magnification for A-mount lenses. Confirm your lens and body use the Sony A-mount before ordering.
