Universal 1/4" Thread Compatibility

The Movo SMM5-B shock mount accepts any microphone or portable recorder fitted with a standard 1/4"-20 male thread. It mounts to cameras via a hot shoe or to tripods through a 1/4"-20 female thread. Builders needing a larger 3/8" thread or a proprietary shoe mount cannot use this unit without an adapter.

Simple Cold-Shoe Installation

Slide the aluminum shoe onto the camera hot shoe and tighten the integrated thumbscrew; no tools are required. The flexible ABS upper cradle then threads onto your recorder or microphone. Over-tightening the shoe thumbscrew can strip the plastic threads, so hand-tighten only.
