Scale & Subject

This is a 1/25 scale plastic model kit reproducing Ed "Big Daddy" Roth's Mail Box Chopper Trike from the vintage "Trick Trikes" series. It is aimed at adult hobbyists who enjoy building and customising detailed vehicle replicas.

Builder Profile

The kit suits modellers comfortable with Skill Level 2 assembly, requiring paint and cement to complete. It is not intended for young children or anyone seeking a ready-to-display diecast replica without construction work.

Parts & Detailing

The box contains white moulded parts, transparent pieces in orange, green and clear, chrome plated components, black vinyl tires with metal axles and a 750 CC four in-line engine. A "Fink-A-Delic" decal sheet and classic Rat Fink bonus decal provide extensive customising options.

Questions about this item

Does the kit include paint and cement so I can start building immediately?

The kit requires paint and cement which are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately before assembly.

Can the orange, green and clear transparent parts be used with original MPC trike bodies from the Trick Trikes series?

The transparent parts are moulded specifically for this Haulin' C-cab body and are not confirmed to fit other Trick Trikes bodies.

How do I confirm the 750 CC Four In-Line engine is assembled correctly once the model is finished?

The finished engine should display the four inline cylinders, and the completed trike should roll freely on its black vinyl tyres and metal axles.
