RTX 3090 Ti 24 GB for high-end workloads

This MSI GAMING X TRIO card delivers 24 GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit bus for 4K and 8K content creation, rendering and gaming. The GPU runs at a 21000 MHz memory frequency and supports a maximum resolution of 7680×4320. It is built for users who need large frame buffers and high memory bandwidth.

Check PCIe 5.0 slot and 16-pin power

Verify that your motherboard provides a PCI Express 5.0 16X slot for full interface bandwidth. The card requires a single 16-pin power connector, so confirm your power supply includes this cable or a compatible adapter. Ensure the chassis has enough length and clearance for a triple-fan design.

Triple-fan cooling under load

The GAMING X TRIO cooler uses three fans to move heat away from the GPU and memory during sustained workloads. Fan speeds ramp up under heavy compute or gaming loads, producing audible airflow that remains within typical high-end card limits. Power draw scales with the 3090 Ti chipset, so a robust PSU is essential for stable operation.

Questions about this item

Does the card come with its original box and any extra cables or adapters?

The unit ships without original packaging and no additional accessories are included, so you will need to supply your own 16pin power cable and mounting hardware.

Should I pick the 24GB GDDR6X model or is there a smaller memory option for this SKU?

This SKU is offered only with 24GB of GDDR6X on a 384bit bus, so there is no lower-capacity version to choose from.

What does the 21000MHz memory clock actually deliver when the card is installed in a system?

The 21000MHz GDDR6X memory clock drives the 384bit interface to feed the GPU at full bandwidth for 7680×4320 output and heavy compute workloads.
