Casual Gamers and Mobile Professionals

The 60Hz 45% NTSC panel and GTX1650 Max-Q suit casual gamers and students who need portable performance for light titles or creative work. The single 8GB module leaves one slot open for a future upgrade up to 64GB total capacity. Buyers who want high-refresh competitive play, colour-critical accuracy or heavy multi-tasking out of the box should look at something else.

60Hz 45% NTSC Display Limits Competitive Use

The 1920x1080 screen refreshes at 60Hz and covers only 45% NTSC colour gamut. This single specification decides whether the laptop fits a buyer who values smooth motion and wide colour, or one who prioritises thinness and battery life for everyday tasks.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 8GB DDR4 2666MHz single stick or add another module later?

The laptop ships with one 8GB DDR4 2666MHz module and has two sockets supporting up to 64GB total, so you can add a second stick for dual-channel performance.

How does the 2.4 to 4.1GHz Core i5-9300H behave under sustained gaming loads?

The quad-core processor boosts up to 4.1GHz, but the thin chassis and 60Hz 45% NTSC panel mean thermals and screen refresh will limit sustained frame rates more than raw CPU speed.

What does the NVMe SSD actually speed up compared with a regular drive?

The 256GB NVMe drive cuts Windows boot and game level loads to seconds, though the 60Hz display caps visible smoothness regardless of storage speed.
