Ready-to-play gaming desktop

The MSI GUNGNIR 110R arrives assembled, tested and running Windows 11 Home. An Intel Core Ultra 5 250KF 18-core processor at 5.3GHz pairs with an NVIDIA RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 graphics card, 64GB DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe SSD. It targets players who want high-frame-rate 1440p performance without building a system themselves.

Simple start-up, limited internal access

The 240mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply are pre-installed, so first boot only needs a power cable and display. Wireless and 2.5G Ethernet are already configured. The compact 110R chassis restricts workspace, making future GPU or storage upgrades awkward for anyone uncomfortable working in tight spaces.

Interface ceilings to consider

The platform uses an Intel LGA 1851 socket and DDR5 288-pin memory slots, so CPU or RAM changes stay within this generation. A single RTX 5070 occupies the primary PCIe lane; adding a second card is not practical. The 2TB NVMe drive fills the fastest slot, leaving slower interfaces for extra storage.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the 240mm liquid cooler is running correctly after first boot?

Enter the BIOS or MSI Center software to confirm the pump RPM is detected and the CPU temperature stays low under load, showing the 240mm liquid cooler is active.

What components are included in the box and what must I add to start gaming?

The system ships complete with the Core Ultra 5 250KF, RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7, 64GB DDR5, 2TB NVMe SSD, 850W power supply, Windows 11 Home, WiFi, 2.5G Ethernet and RGB lighting; just add a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Which configuration suits 1440p high-refresh gaming — the 64GB DDR5 or a lower memory option?

The 64GB DDR5 capacity is ideal for 1440p high-refresh gaming and heavy multitasking, while the RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 and 18-core 5.3GHz processor provide the graphics and compute headroom.
