Ready-to-game desktop with 24-core processor

The MSI Gungnir 110R arrives fully assembled with an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K running at 5.5 GHz across 24 cores, 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. A Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16 GB of GDDR6 handles graphics while Windows 11 Home is pre-installed. The 850 W power supply and 2.5G Ethernet port complete a system built for immediate play.

Sustained load on liquid-cooled 24-core CPU

A 240 mm liquid cooler keeps the 24-core processor stable during extended sessions, preventing the frequency drops that air coolers often allow under continuous multi-threaded work. The 850 W unit delivers steady power to both CPU and GPU without throttling, so frame rates remain consistent in long matches or rendering jobs. Components brands may vary but the thermal design targets sustained output.

Thermals, noise and power draw in normal use

Liquid cooling moves heat away from the CPU efficiently, allowing lower fan speeds and quieter operation during typical gaming loads. The 850 W supply runs well within its capacity, reducing coil whine and improving efficiency at common draw levels. RGB lighting adds visual flair without affecting thermal performance or acoustics.

Questions about this item

How loud does the 240 mm liquid cooler get when the Core Ultra 7 270K runs at 5.5 GHz all day?

The 240 mm liquid cooler is designed to handle the 24-core processor at its 5.5 GHz boost, keeping noise low during extended gaming sessions.

Does the 850 W power supply include the cables needed for the Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB GDDR6?

Yes, the 850 W unit ships with the required PCIe power connectors for the graphics card and all other installed components.

Will my older 2.5 G Ethernet switch and DDR5 memory kits work alongside this system's built-in 2.5 G Ethernet and 32 GB DDR5?

The desktop's 2.5 G Ethernet port is backward compatible with slower switches, and the four DDR5 slots accept additional kits if you need more than 32 GB.
