MSI GUNGNIR 110R Gaming Desktop

The MSI GUNGNIR 110R is a new gaming desktop PC built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor running at 5.7GHz. It pairs a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 16GB GDDR7 memory, 32GB DDR5 system memory and a 4TB NVMe SSD. A 240mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply support the high-performance components. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Suits 4K gamers and creators needing 24 cores

This system suits users who want a ready-to-play machine for 4K gaming, rendering or heavy multitasking backed by 24 CPU cores and 16GB of graphics memory. Buyers who need ECC memory support, dual GPU configurations or a chassis certified for specific rack dimensions should look at workstation-class alternatives.

24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K at 5.7GHz

The defining specification is the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor with 24 cores and a 5.7GHz base frequency on the LGA 1851 socket. This core count and clock speed determine the system's capacity for parallel workloads and high-frame-rate gaming. If your software scales beyond 24 threads or requires a different socket, this platform will not match those requirements.

Questions about this item

How is the 240 mm liquid cooler installed, and what step is often missed?

The 240 mm liquid cooler comes pre-fitted to the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K on the LGA 1851 socket; the step people miss is connecting the pump header and radiator fans to the motherboard so the cooler actually runs.

What maintenance or replacement will the 240 mm liquid cooler need later?

The sealed 240 mm liquid cooler requires no routine fluid changes; if pump noise or CPU temperatures rise after several years, the entire cooler unit would be replaced rather than serviced.

What limit appears first under sustained load with the 850 W power supply?

Under heavy gaming the 850 W power supply will hit its rated output ceiling before the CPU or GPU reach thermal limits, so total system draw becomes the first bottleneck.
