Upgraded memory and storage configuration

The unit is opened by engineers to install the 64GB DDR5 kit and 2TB PCIe SSD before shipment. This replaces the standard factory memory and storage capacities. Questions about this item

What does the HDMI 2.1 port support on this Katana 15?

The HDMI 2.1 port can drive an external monitor at the GPU's maximum resolution and refresh rate, allowing a single-cable connection to high-refresh QHD or 4K displays.

What are the exact chassis dimensions for the MSI Katana 15?

The laptop measures 14.13 x 10.31 x 0.99 inches and weighs 5.29 pounds, so verify your bag or sleeve fits a 15.6 inch device of that thickness.

How is the 64GB DDR5 memory installed, and what mistake should I avoid?

The 64GB DDR5 is factory-installed in two SO-DIMM slots; do not attempt to add a third module because the board only has two slots.
