Questions about this item

Can I keep using my existing DDR4 RAM modules with the 16 GB DDR5 stick already installed?

The laptop ships with a single 16 GB DDR5 module and supports up to 64 GB total, so older DDR4 sticks are not compatible and would need to be replaced with DDR5 modules.

How can I verify the 144 Hz panel and RTX 5050 GPU are running at full speed after setup?

Open the NVIDIA control panel or MSI Center to confirm the display is set to 144 Hz and that the RTX 5050 8 GB GDDR7 GPU is listed as the active graphics processor.

Does the box include a second M.2 2242 NVMe drive or do I need to buy one separately for the empty slot?

Only the 512 GB NVMe SSD is included; the second M.2 2242 slot is empty, so an additional drive must be purchased separately if you want more storage.
