Black chassis with Cooler Boost 5

The laptop uses a black finish and includes the Cooler Boost 5 thermal system to manage heat from the high-performance components. A single M.2 2242 slot houses the supplied NVMe drive, leaving no second drive bay. The keyboard features per-key RGB backlighting for low-light play.

Questions about this item

Does the QHD+ 165 Hz panel require a specific cable or connector standard?

The 15.6 inch QHD+ display runs at 165 Hz and is driven internally by the RTX 5070 Laptop GPU; no external cable or connector choice is involved.

What physical drive size does the single M.2 slot accept?

The laptop provides one M.2 2242 slot occupied by the factory 1 TB NVMe SSD; a 2242 form-factor drive is required for any replacement or upgrade.

How is the memory installed, and what mistake should I avoid?

The 32 GB DDR5 is a single module in the only SO-DIMM slot; do not buy a kit of two sticks because there is no second slot to populate.
