  • 360 mm liquid cooler sustains CPU clocks during extended sessions

Ready-to-play 24-core gaming desktop

This MSI desktop arrives fully assembled with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor at 5.7GHz, 64GB DDR5 memory, a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 12GB GDDR7, a 2TB NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Home. It targets enthusiasts who want high-frame-rate 1440p or entry 4K gaming without building or tuning a system themselves.

64GB DDR5 and 2TB NVMe headroom

The 64GB DDR5 kit across four slots handles heavy multitasking, streaming and content workloads with room to spare, while the 2TB NVMe drive holds a large modern library and still leaves space for captures and projects. Storage runs out only when multiple 100GB-plus titles sit alongside raw video footage, and memory pressure appears only in professional virtualisation or massive dataset work.

360mm liquid cooler and 850W supply impact

A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the 24-core CPU at sustained boost clocks during long sessions, reducing thermal throttling compared with air alternatives. The 850W power supply delivers stable current for the RTX 5070 and the full platform, supporting the factory configuration without needing an immediate upgrade.

Questions about this item

Will the LGA 1851 socket and 850W power supply support my existing PCIe x16 add-in cards?

The motherboard uses an LGA 1851 socket with a PCI Express x16 slot for the RTX 5070. The 850W unit powers the 24-core CPU and 12GB GDDR7 GPU, leaving headroom for additional cards that draw within the remaining budget.

How can I verify the 360mm liquid cooler is keeping the Core Ultra 9 285K at its 5.7GHz base frequency under load?

Open Task Manager or a hardware monitor and watch the CPU clock while gaming. If it sustains 5.7GHz across the 24 cores without throttling, the 360mm cooler is performing as intended.

Does the box include the 64GB DDR5 modules and 2TB NVMe SSD pre-installed, or must I fit them myself?

The system ships with 64GB DDR5 and a 2TB NVMe SSD already installed, plus Windows 11 Home. Only a monitor, keyboard and mouse need to be added to start gaming.
