Complete high-end gaming desktop

This MSI system pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X running at 4.3GHz with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 equipped with 16GB GDDR7 memory. It ships with 128GB DDR5 across four slots and a 2TB NVMe SSD, ready for 4K gaming and heavy multitasking workloads.

Build integration and expandability

The AM5 platform supports future processor upgrades while the four DDR5 slots are fully populated, so any memory increase requires replacing existing modules. A 1000W power supply feeds the CPU and GPU, and the 360mm liquid cooler handles the 9950X thermal load inside the MAG PANO M100R chassis.

Thermals, noise and power draw

The 360mm liquid cooler keeps the 16-core CPU at stable temperatures under sustained loads, allowing quieter fan curves compared with air cooling. The RTX 5080 and 9950X combination draws significant power during gaming, which the 1000W unit delivers without strain, while Windows 11 Home manages idle power states efficiently.

Questions about this item

Will the 360 mm liquid cooler keep the Ryzen 9 9950X from throttling during long rendering jobs?

The 360 mm liquid cooler is designed to handle the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X at its 4.3 GHz base frequency, helping maintain performance under sustained multi-threaded workloads.

How loud does the system get when the RTX 5080 and CPU run flat out all day?

The 360 mm liquid cooler and 1000 W power supply are built to manage heat from the RTX 5080 16 GB GDDR7 and Ryzen 9 9950X, keeping fan speeds lower than air-cooled equivalents during extended sessions.

Do I need to buy a monitor, keyboard and mouse separately to start using this PC?

The desktop includes Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi, and RGB lighting out of the box; you only need to add a display and input devices to begin gaming or working.
