ATX board with AM4 socket, four DDR4 slots up to 128 GB, one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, six SATA ports and four M.2 slots
This ATX motherboard uses the AMD B550 chipset and AM4 socket. It supports Ryzen 5000 and 3000 series desktop processors, plus Ryzen 4000 G-Series CPUs. The board does not work with Ryzen 5 3400G or Ryzen 3 3200G.
Builders needing up to 128 GB of dual-channel DDR4 and multiple M.2 drives will fit here. The second PCIe x16 slot runs at x4 speed and disables when an M.2 SSD occupies M2_4. Both x1 slots disable when M2_2 is used in chipset mode. Users wanting full x16 bandwidth on a second GPU should look elsewhere.
Ryzen 4000 G-Series CPUs enable DDR4 speeds up to 5600 MHz via A-XMP OC MODE. The board handles 128 GB across four 288-pin slots comfortably. Memory support drops to standard JEDEC speeds with Ryzen 5000 or 3000 series chips, so maximum frequency depends on the installed processor.

The board uses the standard AM4 mounting holes, so any cooler labelled for AM4 fits without an extra bracket.
The primary PCI_E1 slot supports PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 x16, so a PCIe 3.0 card operates at its native x16 speed.
Install a Ryzen 5000 or 3000 series CPU, then check the BIOS or OS device manager — it should report a PCIe 4.0 x4 link for M2_1.
