Raider 18 HX AI for AI workloads

The MSI Raider 18 HX AI A2XWJG is an 18-inch gaming laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX processor with 24 cores and a 5.5 GHz maximum turbo frequency. It pairs that CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 laptop GPU carrying 24 GB of GDDR7 video memory. The system targets users who need desktop-class compute for training, rendering or high-refresh competitive play in a single portable chassis.

96 GB DDR5 and 2 TB Gen4 capacity

Ninety-six gigabytes of DDR5 5600 MHz memory in a dual-channel 2 x 48 GB configuration provides headroom for large language models, multi-camera timelines and heavy virtualization without paging. A 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD supplies fast boot and asset streaming, though sustained writes will eventually saturate the drive's SLC cache and drop to native TLC speeds.

Gelid GC Extreme thermal paste upgrade

HIDevolution applies Gelid GC Extreme thermal interface material on both the CPU and GPU to lower peak temperatures and reduce throttling during extended loads. The 120 Hz Mini LED panel runs at 3840 x 2400 resolution, so the cooling solution must dissipate heat from both the 24-core processor and the RTX 5090 while keeping fan noise acceptable for desk use. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed with validated drivers and a full burn-in test completed before shipment.
