15.6" FHD 144Hz Gaming Laptop

This MSI Thin 15 gaming laptop pairs a 15.6 inch Full HD display running at 144 Hz with an Intel Core i7-13620H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 graphics. It ships with 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 4 TB PCIe SSD. Windows 11 Pro and an Office 2024 licence are pre-installed.

Upgrade From Integrated

The RTX 4050 with 6 GB GDDR6 video memory replaces integrated graphics or older entry-level discrete GPUs. The jump is worth it when you need consistent frame rates at 1080p in modern titles and want hardware-accelerated encoding for streaming or content creation.

32 GB DDR5 And 4 TB PCIe Storage Headroom

The 32 GB DDR5 configuration handles heavy multitasking, large project files and background workloads without paging. The 4 TB PCIe SSD holds extensive game libraries, media projects and virtual machines, leaving capacity headroom for future installs.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions and weight of the MSI Thin 15 laptop?

The laptop measures 14.13 x 9.99 x .85 inches and weighs 4.1 pounds, making it a thin and light 15.6 inch gaming machine.

How is the Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 License activated on this laptop, and what is the common mistake?

The OS and Office are pre-installed and digitally licensed to the hardware; the common mistake is trying to enter a product key manually instead of just connecting to the internet for automatic activation.

Can the 32GB DDR5 memory or 4TB PCIe SSD be upgraded later, and what maintenance is needed?

The 32GB DDR5 RAM is soldered and not upgradeable; the 4TB PCIe SSD can be replaced via the internal M.2 slot, and maintenance involves keeping vents clear and updating NVIDIA drivers for the RTX 4050.
