Thin 15 Raider with 144Hz panel

The MSI Thin 15 Raider is a 15.6-inch gaming laptop built around a 144Hz FHD display, an Intel Core i7 13620H 10-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 laptop GPU with 6GB video memory. It ships with 16GB DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe SSD, running Windows 11 Home.

Suits 1080p gamers; not for 4K

The 144Hz screen and RTX 4050 combination targets 1080p gaming at high refresh rates, while the 10-core CPU handles streaming and multitasking. Buyers needing 4K output, larger video-memory buffers or a higher-wattage GPU should look at thicker chassis models.

Deciding spec: 6GB RTX 4050 GPU

The 6GB GeForce RTX 4050 laptop GPU determines whether this machine fits your workload; it drives the 1920 x 1080 144Hz panel in modern titles but limits texture-heavy 4K gaming and professional GPU compute tasks.
