16 inch WUXGA 144Hz Gaming Laptop

The MSI Vector 16 combines a 16.0 inch IPS display at 1920 x 1200 resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate. An Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor with 20 cores runs at 2.40 GHz base and reaches 5.2 GHz turbo. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU with 12GB video memory drives the graphics workload.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The 20-core CPU architecture splits eight performance cores and twelve efficient cores to manage thermal output during extended sessions. Thunderbolt 5 ports provide high-bandwidth paths for external cooling docks or fast storage. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 maintain stable wireless links while the system draws continuous power.

Installation and Common Issues

The chassis measures 14.05 x 11.1 x 1.12 inches and weighs 5.95 pounds, so verify bag or sleeve fit before purchase. The 32GB DDR5 memory and 2TB PCIe SSD are soldered or installed in tight bays; user upgrades are difficult and may void the original seal. The 24-zone RGB keyboard and FHD IR camera require driver updates on first boot.
