Questions about this item

How do I install the 2TB PCIe SSD and what step do people get wrong?

The 2TB PCIe SSD comes factory-installed, so no installation is needed. If you add a second drive later, the step people miss is removing the bottom screws in the correct order to avoid stripping the threads.

What maintenance or replacement will the 16GB DDR5 memory need later?

The 16GB DDR5 memory is soldered and not user-replaceable. Maintenance is limited to keeping the vents clear of dust so the cooling system can sustain the 5.4 GHz turbo frequency under load.

What limit shows up first on the 240Hz 100% DCI-P3 panel during sustained gaming?

The 240Hz 100% DCI-P3 IPS-level panel maintains its refresh rate and colour volume continuously. The first limit under sustained use is GPU thermal throttling on the RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 before the display reaches any bottleneck.
