The Mueller Industries 1WKB6 is a Schedule 40 PVC fitting designed for drain, waste and vent systems. Its 90-degree hub-by-spigot configuration connects a 4-inch pipe to a fitting hub in a single sweep. The white fitting meets ASTM D1784 cell class 12454 and is rated for temperatures up to 140 degrees F. It is not rated for pressure applications.

Solvent-weld installation requires clean.

Apply primer and cement to both the spigot end and the inside of the hub for a permanent joint. The street-elbow layout lets you join pipe directly to a fitting without a short nipple, saving space in tight runs. Ensure the pipe is fully seated to avoid leaks; the fitting cannot be disassembled once the cement sets. No threading or mechanical fasteners are used.
