STREAMLINE 11356 Trap Adapter
The STREAMLINE 11356 is a cast brass trap adapter designed for non-potable water applications. It connects a 1-1/2 inch copper tube cup joint to a 1-1/2 inch slip joint in a straight configuration.
Verify copper tube and slip joint dimensions
Confirm your existing drain line uses 1-1/2 inch copper tubing with a 1-5/8 inch outer diameter on the cup side. The slip joint side requires a 1-1/2 inch outer diameter tube for a proper seal.
Rated for 408 psi at 100 degrees F
The fitting withstands a maximum operating pressure of 408 psi at 100 degrees F and a maximum temperature of 250 degrees F. Cast brass construction provides durability for standard drainage installations.

Questions about this item
What comes in the box and do I need any extra parts to install the 11356 trap adapter?
The box contains the cast brass adapter only; you must supply slip-joint nuts, washers and any pipe or tubing required for the connection.
Which version of the 11356 should I choose for a 1-1/2 inch copper tube to slip-joint connection?
The 11356 is a single straight adapter with a 1-1/2 inch copper cup on one end and a 1-1/2 inch slip-joint on the other, so no alternate version is needed.
How does the 408 psi at 100 °F rating affect everyday use on a standard drain line?
The 408 psi at 100 °F rating far exceeds typical residential drain pressures, so the adapter will handle normal hot-water discharge up to 250 °F without issue.
