Pack contents and sizing

This set contains sixty elastic food covers supplied in three colour-coded sizes. Pink covers measure 18 centimetres (7.0 inches), yellow covers measure 21 centimetres (8.3 inches) and green covers measure 26 centimetres (10.2 inches). The range fits most standard bowls, dishes and plates.

Reusability and sealing benefit

Each cover is made from BPA-free plastic with an integrated elastic band that stretches over containers to form an airtight seal. The translucent material lets you identify contents without removing the lid. Covers can be washed and reused, replacing single-use cling film or foil for everyday storage and bread proofing.

Usage constraints to verify

These covers are not dishwasher safe and must not be used in a microwave. They are rated as freezer safe, but only for the plastic material itself. Check that your containers have smooth rims so the elastic band can grip securely, and confirm the three diameters match the bowls you use most often.

Questions about this item

How often should the elastic bands on these 60 covers be replaced when they lose stretch?

The elastic bands are integrated into each plastic cover; when stretch deteriorates the whole cover is replaced rather than the band alone.

At what temperature do the 18 cm, 21 cm and 26 cm covers start to deform during continuous use?

The covers are not microwave safe, so sustained heat above typical room temperature can cause the plastic to soften and lose seal integrity.

Do the plastic covers release any odour or heat after being sealed on bowls all day?

The BPA-free plastic is odour-neutral and does not generate heat; it simply insulates the container at ambient temperature.
