Compact media player with 64 GB microSD support
The MYMAHDI player uses a 1.8 inch LCD screen and accepts microSD cards up to 64 GB for music, video and e-book storage. It plays lossless formats such as FLAC and APE alongside MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG and ACELP. Video playback is limited to AVI files converted to a 128 by 160 resolution. An FM radio with preset, manual and auto tuning is also built in.
Practical limits of the microSD interface and screen
The device only reads external microSD cards; the card is not included and the manufacturer recommends their own brand. Maximum supported capacity is 64 GB. Video must be transcoded to the low 128 by 160 resolution before transfer. Charging via USB takes about three to four hours while the unit is on. No internal storage, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is present.
Simple drag-and-drop setup with a few caveats
Operation is plug-and-play: insert a formatted microSD card, copy files over USB, and the player indexes them automatically. Common issues include forgetting to convert video to the required AVI resolution, using cards larger than 64 GB, or expecting internal memory. The lithium-ion battery delivers up to 40 hours of audio playback per charge.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the 64 GB model or a smaller capacity?
The player has no internal storage and accepts a single microSD card up to 64 GB; choose the 64 GB card if you want the maximum library size, or a smaller card if your collection fits.
What does the 40 hour battery claim mean in daily use?
The built-in lithium-ion cell delivers up to 40 hours of continuous audio playback per full charge, which takes about three hours via the supplied USB cable.
What interface does the card slot use and what speed does it limit me to?
The microSD slot is the only storage interface; it caps usable capacity at 64 GB and requires a PC or adapter to load files because the player has no wireless or wired data transfer of its own.
