Simple Installation With Chip Support

Each cartridge carries an upgraded chip that communicates with the printer for correct ink-level reporting. If an error appears, wipe the chip contacts with an eraser, clear any paper jam, and confirm the printer firmware is current.

Check Printer Model Before Ordering

Verify that your printer belongs to the HP DeskJet 3700, 2600, Envy 5000 or AMP 100 series listed in the compatibility data. The pack will not fit models outside those ranges.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 65XL cartridges are printing correctly after installation?

Print a test page and check for crisp black text plus accurate cyan, magenta and yellow output; the upgraded chips should report correct ink levels on your HP Envy 5055, DeskJet 3755 or other compatible model.

What comes in the combo pack and is anything else required?

The pack contains one 65XL black cartridge and one 65XL tri-colour cartridge; no extra items are needed — simply install both into a supported HP printer such as the DeskJet 2655 or Envy 5052.

Should I choose the high-yield 65XL or the standard 65 version for my HP AMP 120?

The 65XL high-yield version delivers up to 750 black pages and 450 colour pages at 5 % coverage, so it suits heavier printing on the AMP 120, DeskJet 3720 or Envy 5058 better than the standard 65 cartridges.
