Replacement hinge set for Latitude 3520

This pair of silver LCD screen hinges is manufactured for Dell Latitude 3520 and E3520 non-touch models. It restores the original mechanical link between the display panel and the chassis when the factory hinges have worn or fractured. The components are supplied new and match the OEM finish.

Completes a lid repair without extra parts

The left and right hinges are bundled together so a single purchase covers both sides of the display assembly. No additional brackets, screws or cables are included, so installers must reuse existing fasteners or source them separately. The set addresses hinge failure only; it does not resolve cracked bezels, damaged panels or faulty display cables.

Questions about this item

Will the left and right hinges for the 3520 need periodic lubrication?

The hinge set is a mechanical assembly with no serviceable lubrication points; if stiffness develops the complete pair is replaced rather than serviced.

What fails first on the 3520 hinge set when the lid is opened and closed repeatedly?

The pivot pins and internal bushings wear first, causing uneven screen tension or a loose lid before the mounting brackets or casing show damage.
