Hinge Set For Satellite 870 875 Series

This left-and-right hinge set replaces the original screen hinges on Toshiba Satellite C870, C875, L870, L875 and S875 laptops. It restores smooth lid movement and keeps the display firmly aligned with the chassis. The pair is supplied new and ready for installation by a technician or experienced user.

Replaces Worn Or Broken Factory Hinges

The upgrade is worthwhile when the lid feels loose, creaks or no longer stays open at the desired angle. It is not suitable for other Satellite models or for laptops that use a different hinge mounting pattern. Buyers needing a single hinge or a different colour finish should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will this hinge set fit the Toshiba Satellite C875 chassis?

The set is listed for Satellite C870, C875, L870, L875 and S875 models, so it matches the C875 chassis.

Do I need to remove the display bezel before swapping the hinges?

Yes, the bezel must come off first; skipping that step makes the hinge screws inaccessible.
